Reko is a video promotion service operated by FIKRA SMART PROJECT MANAGEMENT LLC, operating as FIKRA TECH. We run advertising campaigns that bring real viewers to the YouTube videos you choose. Views are delivered through legitimate advertising placements — never bots or fake accounts.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Reko and purchase promotions.
All view counts, bonus views, delivery times, and results shown in the app are estimates. Advertising performance depends on your content, targeting, and market conditions, and is never guaranteed. As a general guide, packages up to 10,000 views are usually delivered within about one week, and larger packages within about two weeks, counted from the moment delivery begins.
You may only promote videos that you own or have the right to promote, and that comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable advertising policies.
Before you order, the app checks what it can see publicly about your video — whether it is available, age-restricted, marked as made for kids, embeddable, or blocked in certain countries. This check is a helpful indication, not a guarantee: copyright claims and similar issues are visible only to the channel owner, and the final decision always rests with advertising moderation.
If a campaign is declined by advertising moderation, no advertising is purchased and no views are delivered. We will tell you why by email and explain how to request a refund from Apple, as described in section 4.
Payments. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Apple is the seller of record for these purchases, collects the payment, and issues the receipt. We do not process card payments and cannot charge or refund your payment method directly.
Cancellation. You may cancel a promotion within 24 hours of placing it, provided delivery has not yet begun. Write to customer@fikratech.pro with your order details. Once delivery has begun, advertising has been purchased on your behalf and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds. Because Apple is the seller of record, refunds are requested from Apple, not from us — at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your Apple Account purchase history. Apple decides whether to grant a refund under its own policies. If you cancelled before delivery began, or if we were unable to deliver your promotion, we will confirm to Apple on request that the service was not provided. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use Reko for content that is illegal or violates third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Reko is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube, Google, or Apple.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected campaign. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence grant you additional rights, those rights remain unaffected and prevail to the extent of any conflict.
