Privacy Policy

Effective: July 11, 2026 · Reko is a product of FIKRA TECH (United Arab Emirates)

1. What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work:

— Your email address and basic profile information (name, avatar) when you sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password.
— The YouTube channels and videos you add to your account, including reference channels you select for targeting.
— Your promotion campaigns: settings, budget, status, and delivery history.
— Basic technical data required to operate and secure the app (session tokens, device platform, approximate region and timezone).

2. YouTube API Services

Reko uses YouTube API Services to retrieve public information about channels and videos (titles, thumbnails, view and subscriber counts). By using Reko you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Reko does not access private data of any YouTube account and does not require YouTube sign-in.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the service: run your promotion campaigns, show delivery progress and statistics, prevent fraud, and contact you about your orders. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

4. Marketing emails

We send marketing emails only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by writing to customer@fikratech.pro. Service emails about your orders are sent regardless, as they are part of the service.

5. Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate Reko: our database and authentication provider (Supabase), payment processing (Apple), and the advertising platforms used to set up and deliver your campaigns (for example, Google Ads). Each receives only what is necessary to perform its function.

6. Storage and security

Your data is stored in a secured cloud database with row-level access control: every account can only access its own records. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never visible to us. Data is transferred over encrypted connections (TLS).

7. Your rights and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, channels, campaigns, and delivery history. You can also request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing customer@fikratech.pro — we respond within 24 hours.

8. Your regional privacy rights

Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights. They apply together with this policy, and where mandatory local law is stronger, it prevails.

EEA & United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent at any time; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal bases for processing are the performance of our services, your consent, and our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service.

United States (CCPA and similar state laws). You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request access to and deletion of your personal information; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined by these laws, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Canada (PIPEDA). You may request access to and correction of the personal information we hold about you, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.

Australia & New Zealand (Privacy Acts). You may request access to and correction of your personal information and complain to the relevant privacy regulator if you believe your privacy has been mishandled — though we would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.

To exercise any of these rights, email customer@fikratech.pro. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

9. Age requirement

Reko is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

10. Data retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations (for example, payment records). When you delete your account, your personal data is removed; minimal transactional records may be retained where required by law.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
