SAMA
These terms govern your use of SAMA, a mobile application published by FIKRA SMART PROJECT MANAGEMENT LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using SAMA, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
SAMA generates ambient sound for rest, sleep and focus. Sound is produced by the app itself and is different every time you listen.
SAMA is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing in the app is medical or psychological advice. If you are struggling with sleep, mood or your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional.
Do not use SAMA while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or in any situation where reduced alertness could put you or others at risk. If you have epilepsy, tinnitus, hyperacusis or any hearing condition, consult your doctor first. Listen at a moderate volume — prolonged listening at high volume can damage your hearing.
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if your local law allows use at a younger age. SAMA does not require an account, a password or an email address to work.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use SAMA on devices you own or control, for your own private listening.

SAMA is free to download and includes free listening every day. Longer sessions, the sleep timer and full-length tracks require a paid subscription.
We currently offer a monthly and an annual plan. Prices are shown inside the app before you buy, in your own currency as set by the App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms, not by us — requests go through Apple.
If we change the price of an existing subscription, Apple will notify you and ask for your consent before the new price applies.
All sound, software, visual design, names and marks in SAMA belong to FIKRA SMART PROJECT MANAGEMENT LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. A subscription grants access, not ownership.
We aim to keep SAMA working but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We may add, change or remove sounds, scenarios and features over time. If we ever discontinue the app, we will not renew active subscriptions beyond the period already paid for.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of SAMA. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using SAMA at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, in particular the restrictions in section 3.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall to the courts of Dubai. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country of residence.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for SAMA. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use SAMA after that means you accept the updated terms.
